Technical Support Consultant


  • An International Mining/Geolocical Software Company requires a Technical Support Consultant to join the European Services Team with the opportunity to work in a variety of environments from client support, training and project implementation
  • In addition, The Techncial Support Consultant will be in a position to develop their technical skills in all of the Gemcom Software products (GEMS, Surpac, Whittle, Minex, InSite, MineSched). In addition the candidate will provide support to customers in the implementation and application of Gemcom products through the development of expertise and the delivery of product education, technical support, problem solving and participate in project delivery services. The preferred candidate will be educated to Degree level and have up to three years experience, preferably working on software products
