Project Manager

• You will be able to promote and instill financial and production discipline in managing our clients commercial interest through the delivery of a project or group of projects to agreed scope, timescales and budget.
• You will be expected to excel in Client Relationship Management and Solution Management, delivering solutions with the right balance of Performance, Risk and Cost under the best commercial terms. 

• The Project Manager will provide the Senior Project Manager timely and accurate information pertaining to the project delivery, CRM and  wider business interest (CRM, cost).
• Provide client’s representative timely, accurate and comprehensive documented progress reports including EVA.
• Establish and maintain effective trust-based, working face to face relationships with Client’s and stakeholders ensuring Client needs are understood and exceeded. Ensure professional performance of all staff
• Ensure contracts include scope, deliverables, schedule, fee breakdown and payment process and are signed prior to commencing work.
• Build and motivate the best Project team
• Build and maintain a comprehensive, realistic project schedule, Work Plan and budget.
• Lead the project team to deliver project outputs through effective decision-making, teamwork, risk assessments and cost control.
