Senior Geotechnical Engineer

• The ideal candidate will supervise graduate engineers on the preparation of desk studies for major water industry projects and also assist graduates with planning and site supervision of ground investigations.
• The ability to produce interpretative geotechnical reports for ground investigations and the analysis of geotechnical structures, including slope stability, retaining walls and foundations.
• The successful candidate will be required to visit other offices and also undertake site visits and inspections.
• Previous experience in a similar position with either a consulting engineer or contractor is required.
• A full driving license and experience in the use of IT software such as Word and Excel is essential.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Geology, Engineering Geology or Geotechnical Engineering is essential.
